CSO Academy Banaybanay of the Davao Oriental State University – Banaybanay Campus was recognized as a Kislap Awardee during the Capacity Development Accelerators Award 2025: Gabi ng Pasasalamat, held on 10 December 2025 at the Manila Hotel in the City of Manila.
The award, conferred by the Local Government Academy, honors CSO Academy Banaybanay as an institutional partner of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) for its invaluable contributions in advancing local governance outcomes. Through sustained and impactful capacity development initiatives, the institution has played a key role in strengthening the capabilities of local stakeholders and promoting responsive, inclusive, and effective local governance.
