The closing marked the end of the three-part series of refresher courses designed to equip reelected local officials in the Davao Region with renewed knowledge, practical tools, and transformative leadership skills to steer their communities toward sustainable and inclusive growth.

The Transformative Leadership for Elevated Governance: Refresher Course for Reelected Officials (Cluster 1: Davao City and Davao Occidental) concluded today at The Ritz Hotel, Davao City, wrapping up two days of intensive learning, collaboration, and strategic planning among newly-elected local officials from Davao City, Malita, Sarangani, Jose Abad Santos, Sta. Maria, and the Province of Davao Occidental.

The DILG XI – Local Government Regional Resource Center (LGRRC) XI successfully conducted its Multi-Stakeholder’s Advisory Council (MSAC) FY 2025 1st Quarter Meeting on March 19, 2025, at the LGRRC Conference Room, DILG XI Regional Office, Matina, Davao City.
The said summit aimed to strategically enhance the barangay functionaries and DILG field officers’ capacity to effectively plan and implement localized development projects which is deeply anchored on the Philippine Development Plan 2023 – 2028 and the Davao Regional Development Plan 2023 – 2028.
